According to the project’s official Twitter account, Tornado Cash, the ethereum mixing service that allows participants to shuffle ether, is blocking flagged ethereum addresses listed on the Office of Foreign Assets Control’с (УКИА) Specially Designated Nationals And Blocked Persons list (SDN).
