Ripple’s legal team told Fox Business that it has no plans to settle the lawsuit with the U.S. 証券取引委員会 (SEC), Charles Gasparino reported. He つぶやいた 金曜日:

The SEC sued リップルラボ, its CEO Brad Garlinghouse, and co-founder Chris Larsen in December last year over the sale of XRP.
In January, Garlinghouse was asked why Ripple did not settle with the SEC. He replied: “Can’t get into specifics, but know we tried — and will continue to try with the new administration — to resolve this in a way so the XRP community can continue innovating, consumers are protected and orderly markets are preserved.”
Ripple and XRP supporters hope that the new SEC chairman, ゲイリー・ゲンスラー, who taught crypto at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), would throw out the XRP 訴訟.
